QUEENS – Two men were indicted after a drill rapper was shot and killed four months ago in Brookville, the Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz said.
Dariel Herrera, 30, was charged with murder after the 19-year-old Tysheem McDonald was shot dead between 148th Avenue and 231st Street, prosecutors said.
Zandrae Ennis, 22, was charged with attempted murder after he fired several shots at Herrera, Katz said.

Herrera faces up to life in prison, while Ennis faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted, the district attorney said.
Herrera was driving a rented BMW when he fired several shots at four people in Brookville, prosecutors said.

McDonald was shot in the chest and was later taken to the hospital, where he died, while another man was shot in the leg, Katz said.
The other two men, including Ennis, drove away in a Honda, and Ennis fired a pistol aiming at Herrera, the district attorney said.
Herrera and Ennis are scheduled to come back to court in February, prosecutors said.
